About Event

IEEE Student Branch of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University, Amritapuri campus, Kollam is organizing ‘ROBOTSAVAM’ the first ever national level tech fest in India exclusively on Robotics and Automation, on July 28, 29 and 30, 2017. The fest is centered around the theme ‘Add colors to your Robotic Dreams’ emphasizing on the concept of encouraging young minds to build on their robotic dreams. The fest shall feature 40+ events that shall in their own way contribute to the participants understanding of the Robotics and Automation. At the end of the fest, the participants shall go back with all the ideas attributed with building their own robots giving shapes and colours to their robotic dreams. The event provides nascent engineers with the opportunity to learn, develop and contribute in a larger sense with the help of the technical workshops scheduled along the length of the event. We wish to delight and enlighten the brilliant minds of our country through our invited lecture series and talks featuring industry experts, academicians and other eminent personalities. With the robotic events in three major areas – land robots, air robots and water robots, the fest would host several competitions, fun games, computer games, robot shows, robot exhibition, paper and poster presentations etc. along with the workshops and invited talks.
